Mikogo is a free, web based screen sharing and remote computer access platform for Windows and Mac OS X. It is a fully developed free screen sharing application that includes easy file transfer and remote access.
The person who wants to share his screen needs to download a small 1.3MB Windows or Mac OS X application. After downloading install the application and sign up on the website for free account. However the audience does not require any application to download and does not require sign up as well.
How to share your screen:
Once you install the application you can easily start the screen casting after making you required change. On clicking the “Start Meeting” from your system try icon. You will be displayed with meeting Session ID number so that you can share it with your audience and they can access your session.
How others can view your screen
Your audience does not need to put any extra effort to connect with your session. All they have to do is go to the Mikogo website and click on the Join session button. After clicking that they will be asked to enter the meeting Session ID to connect with your session.
