Leaving the PC on without protection can sometimes be too risky. That’s why there are various solutions to enhance the protection of our data. One of them is Predator, a Windows program that will help us make a USB stick into a real key to our system.
Once we have installed Predator on our USB memory key it will turn into a key for our computer. Whenever we remove the USB device our PC will fully locked in seconds. To unlock the system we have to plug in the USB again into the system. As a security precaution, It also allows to set the password in case if we lost the USB, Our PC can be unlocked using password.
It is easy to configure and quite effective. It does not require the safe removal of USB memory. We can configure the frequency of detection as well.
