Thumbnail Generator is a freeware utility to create thumbnails of all the images in a specific folder. To use this application simply enter height and width in which you want the thumbnails of your images.
You can also specify the background color of the thumbnail as all the images are scaled to the size ration. So if there any area left it will be filled with your specified color.

Dropresize is a tiny system tray utility to resize images automatically in any particular folder. After downloading simply run the application and set the width and height and also watch folder in your system by clicking browse button. This utility keep an eye on your watch folder when you copy any image in that folder it automatically resize the dimension of image to your given width and height.
